The cultivation of garlic stands out economically and socially in the vegetable production chain in the South region and in the Brazilian Cerrado. Garlic cultivation stands out economically and socially in the production chain of oleraceous crops in the South region and in the Brazilian Cerrado. With a planted area of around 15,000 ha, approximately 400,000 jobs originate from the garlic production chain in the country.

L2 Agribusiness grows 200 hectares of garlic and directly and indirectly employs approximately 350 people, from seed preparation, manual planting, manual harvest, and up to product processing, generating employment and income for a highly agricultural region.
